I have an interview coming up with Goldman Sach as an Executive Assistant in Mergers & Aq…..problem…..I was convicted of bad check charges literally 30 years ago….I have passed normal background checks (am a Notary in California), but am worried about a FBI Fingerprint check which would show this arrest…..I’ve run several online background checks on myself and nothing shows up…..but….do all brokerage firms run the FBI check no matter what the job…..and if so is there a cut=off time…….should I bother going to the interview?
