I submitted a background check only, I didnt’ list all the jobs I’ve ever had. Someone told me that companies can only check what you put on the background check about jobs. I have great credit, no criminal record, never failed a drug test. Is there a possibility I might fail the background check?
Nothing ever went wrong at my other jobs. I just didn’t think that they would be relevant to my job that I’m trying to get. And some of the buisnesses closed that I used to work at

Some people have worked so many jobs through their career it would be difficult to list all.Most employers only want any jobs listed for the last 10 to 15 years. If anything comes up negative on the back ground check explain it to the employer.

You might, yes. If the company decides you were being dishonest in not listing all employers they may well choose not to hire you.

The purpose of a background check is to find out if there is anything you have not told them about.

probably not.
as long as all the employers listed can give you a good review and theres not big time slots between them, you should be ok.
