I was given a conditional offer for employment with AT&T today. The conditional offer will become permanent upon a favorable background check and drug test. They will verify employment and I am worried that they will find a few honest discrepencies with the dates of employment.

    they will verify employment, but not likely check the dates that closely. If you’re off a bit, it is unlikely to effect your status.
