Over the summer I was arrested and charged with drunk in public at a concert. I paid the fine and moved on, but I am not applying for a job as a summer camp counselor, which obviously requires a background check. Will that charge show up on it? It was a Class 4 Misdemeanor.

over 6 months ago I got a drunk in public and now the company who offered me employment is conducting a background check. The industry is property management, will they still hire me?

Hi there, I was arrested for drunk in public a year ago, which was brought down to a infraction of disturbing the peace (with completion of my community service) So i did that, but now I just received a job and they are going to conduct a background check. I was wondering if Imma be okay..or should i start looking for another job. What exactly will show up on the report…me spending a night in the drunk tank, the drunk in public, or disturbing the peace…or all of the above. thanks!
