hi i am filling out my information for a background check at bank of america, i got fired from 1 of my jobs, should i tell them that i’ve been terminated because i’m scared that it may jeopardize my employment with them and if i don’t tell them, will they find out because i heard a that a background check only list your dates of employments and not the reason why you no longer work there. Used to work with a fake social security num. n now having his own real SS would affect in a background check?

I have a cousin who worked with a fake social security using his real name…now he has his own real social security number and will go under a background check including employment history for a job…Now that he has his own will any of the jobs he used to work for with the fake social would come up in the new social security number when he goes through the background check?
Would the invetigator doing the background check would find out if he list all his previous employments? What if he doesn’t list his previous jobs would the investagator find out anyways?
